現時通告上傳總上限為20Mb，每個檔案為10Mb，最多10個檔案。
留意一點，因現時通告可同步發電郵，但多數電郵於附件的大小有上限(e.g.Gmail附檔限制於25Mb內).
建議用戶可以將附件加到Google或OneDrive內，再將連結透過EVI內聯網發到家長。
如有關附件為教材內容，建議可發到EVIGarten內，因EVIGarten可以讓老師設定發報對象及觀看日期，亦可以知道學童有沒有瀏覽有關內容。
The current upload limit for notice is 20Mb in total, with each file up to 10Mb, and up to 10 files maximum.
Please note that as current notice can be sent via email synchronously, most emails have a size limit for attachments (e.g., Gmail's attachment limit is within 25Mb).
Users are advised to add their attachments to Google Drive or OneDrive, and then send the link to parents via the EVI intranet.
If the attachments are educational content, it is recommended to send them to EVIGarten. EVIGarten allows teachers to set the release target and viewing date, and also lets them know whether the students have browsed the related content
